Property Gulf (PGI Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C) is looking for a Good looking highly organized and proactive Office Administrator manage the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functions, assist with administrative tasks, and provide support to management and the sales team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Office Management: Oversee office operations, ensure the workspace is organized, and maintain office supplies and equipment.- Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, documentation, and contracts related to real estate transactions.- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist in organizing company events and training sessions.- HR & Payroll Assistance: Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and assisting in recruitment.- Support for Sales Team: Prepare property listings, coordinate with agents, and assist with marketing materials when needed.- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai real estate regulations and company policies.- Liaison with External Partners: Communicate with developers, banks, legal teams, and service providers on behalf of the company.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in real estate or brokerage firms.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and documentation is an advantage.-Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
