Job Title: Assistant Nurse (Female)
Job Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality patient care and support to the nursing staff in a professional and efficient manner. As an Assistant Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring patient comfort, administering routine medical tasks, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing basic nursing care and support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
- Monitor patients vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration rate, etc.) and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
- Help with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Provide personal care to patients including hygiene assistance, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of treatments, medications, and progress.
- Assist with wound care and other basic medical procedures as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the patient rooms and medical equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff to ensure high standards of care.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures as per hospital protocols.
