Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete process of employee and company visa applications (new, renewal, and cancellation) through MOHRE and Immigration portals.
  • Manage all types of pass applications including Civil Defence, CISPA, ADNOC, and Municipality approvals.
  • Ensure timely submission and collection of government applications and documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and organize all documents required for trade license renewals, company establishment cards, and related administrative work.
  • Translate documents and act as a liaison between the company and Arabic-speaking government officials.
  • Provide support in PRO-related audits and inspections when required.
  • Keep track of employee records related to visas, passports, and ID renewals, ensuring zero penalties or delays.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times in dealings with authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
