Inspection Coordinator with Recruitment Experience

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is currently looking for an experienced Inspection Coordinator with a strong background in inspection services and quality documentation. This hybrid role also involves HR and recruitment support, making it ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.

Quality Control & Inspection Coordination:

• Coordinate inspection schedules, documentation, and reporting for ongoing projects.
• Maintain and organize QA/QC files, checklists, and compliance records.
• Liaise with inspection teams, clients, and third parties for timely submission of reports and documents.
• Attend coordination meetings with EPC Contractors, PMC Consultants, and Clients.
• Track certifications and calibration records for inspection equipment and personnel.
• Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.

HR & Administrative Support:

• Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, and deployment coordination.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and training schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel files, staff certifications, and HSE cards.
• Ensure employees meet site-specific and legal compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll/finance and project teams for accurate timekeeping and mobilization data.
• Provide administrative support for manpower planning and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in a QC/QA Coordinator role, ideally in inspection or engineering services.
• Background in HR coordination and recruitment is essential.
• Prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry is required.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, quality documentation, and HR practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP or workforce management software experience is a plus.
• Must have CSWIP certificate.

Preferred Candidates:

• Currently on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa in the UAE.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
• Holding a valid UAE Drivers License.
• Locally available for a face-to-face interview.
