Founded in 2021, YOOCHA MATCHA is the matcha purveyor of choice of 800+ Cafes and Specialty Coffee Shops in the UAE, KSA, and other GCC countries. We are growing and looking for a Social Media Executive, who would be responsible for content creation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and curating engaging visually appealing multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts for social media channels such as Instagram and Tiktok.
  • Edit photos and videos to match the aesthetic and technical requirements of social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and reach.
  • Create and schedule content for social media channels weekly, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Stay well-informed of the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively bring up new ideas to enhance our online presence.
  • Developing video content concepts, storylines, and scripts that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Utilizing graphic design and video editing software to create captivating and professional-quality video content for social media platforms.
  • Generate weekly social media reports summarizing content performance, and insights.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently.

Qualifications & Background

  • Must have graduated from a Marketing or similar in the UAE.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, either through previous internships or personal projects.
  • Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Highly creative and detail-oriented.
  • Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start.
