About Us:PSI is expanding its presence in Abu Dhabi and is seeking a passionate and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing expert advice to clients, assisting with property transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction in line with PSIs standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects.
  • Conduct property market research and analyze trends to offer strategic insights.
  • Negotiate property transactions and prepare necessary contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and property owners, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabis real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate management software.
  • Valid UAE drivers license(preferred).
