Job description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for social media posting - contacting influencers - Supporting customer service - selling our products and services over the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing excellent customer service to prospective and current customers. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our online sales and contributing to our success by reaching set sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Posting - Contacting influencers.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable product solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers with placing orders online or over the phone.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as set by the online Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through the ecommerce platform, ensuring customer data is correctly entered and updated.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products during customer interactions.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Follow up with customers after sales to gather feedback and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or similar role, ideally within an ecommerce or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and turn potential leads into paying customers.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills, with attention to detail in processing orders and maintaining records.
- High level of patience, empathy, and customer focus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on business needs.
