Key Responsibilities:

  • List, promote, and close property sales and rentals
  • Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties
  • Conduct property viewings and handle negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
  • Stay updated on market trends, legal documentation, and Dubai regulations

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • intermediate proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Farsi, French.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • RERA certified or willing to obtain
  • Presentable, professional, and self-motivated
