We are hiring for the role of Relationship Officer for Personal Loans and Credit Cards at one of the leading banks in the UAE! If you are passionate about sales, this opportunity is for you.

Role Description

Join us in a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role at a reputed bank in Dubai. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with clients and promoting our services

- Identifying customer needs and negotiating sales

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Meeting sales targets

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Proven experience in sales and customer service, especially in banking or financial services preferred

- Ability to understand customer needs and meet sales targets

- Fluency in English

- Bachelors degree or equivalent

- UAE driving license preferred
