Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
  • Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Issue materials based on approved requisitions and update inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and perform regular stock counts.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and operations team for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to inventory and stock movements.
  • Monitor expiry dates, damages, or discrepancies and report them immediately.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move stock when needed.
