We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively supporting project managers and teams in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth communication and efficient execution across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and milestones, identifying potential delays and communicating proactively with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes promptly.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial compliance.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other project-related deliverables as required.
  • Support in risk management and issue resolution processes.
  • Ensure that all project activities adhere to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of direct working experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role.
  • Proven experience in coordinating projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
