Logistics Coordinator

Leading Chemicals and Lubricants Supplier - Dubai Free Zone

Logistic Coordinator based in UAE with minimum 3 years experience and maximum 6 years experience in logistic responsibilities including:

1) Knowledge of regulatory dossiers.

2) Coordination with the internal and external customers3) Preparing proforma invoices and send to distributors / agents for approval.

4) Preparing purchase orders and send to suppliers.5) To ensure the order execution after receiving the confirmed orders.6) Shipment planning and coordination with the concern parties.7) Daily basis follow-ups in terms of completion of the orders and meet client requirement8) Responsible for coordination of commercial, pre-post shipment documents.9) Follow-ups with suppliers the order importation execution with knowledge of importation and clearance process.

10)Knowledge of following process documentations:

Transfer of Ownership- Certificate of origin issuance (Dubai chamber) - BOE processing.

11) Filing each shipment documentation for both import and export shipments.

12) Knowledge of Windows office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc,.

13) Submit weekly update report on shipments status / Import and export.
