Accounts Assistant

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions

are recorded

  • Responding to vendor invoices
  • Assist senior accountants

INSURANCE CORDINATOR- JOB DETAILS

  • Maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, for group companies staff
  • Receive and document accident intimation reports from the sender.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of accidents to the insurance provider.
  • Treatment Follow-Ups for injured employees.
  • Claim Preparation and Submission:
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Collect and verify all required documents for insurance claims (e.g., treatment expenses, medical reports, police reports, accident details, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit claims to the insurance company.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all claim-related documentation.
  • Claims-Related Document Management:
