Canadian Specialist Hospital, a leading multi-specialty healthcare provider in the region, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end procurement processes for medical, non-medical, and general supplies.

  • Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.

  • Ensure timely purchase of goods in line with hospital standards and budget.

  • Coordinate with various departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Purchase Officer within the healthcare/hospital industry is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of medical supplies, hospital procurement procedures, and vendor networks.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment.

  • Familiarity with procurement software and inventory systems is a plus.
